Shipping 

All shipping is carbon neutral. 

Please allow 2 additional business days for handling. We ship with Australia Post and estimated shipping times are as follows: 

  • For deliveries within the same state please expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days.
  • For interstate deliveries please allow 3-6 business days for your ceramics to reach you.
  • For international orders: Shipping times may vary, typically ranging from 6 - 27 business days, depending on your location. Customs and import regulations in your country may also impact delivery times.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. 

International Shipping

We offer flat rate international shipping at the following rates:

New Zealand AUD $25

International AUD $49

Returns

As a small startup business we cannot accept returns for change of mind at this stage. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@ritualclay.com and provide the order number and photographs of the damaged goods in their original packaging.

We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
